The Division offers three products. The first one is guaranteed rentals that enable an investor to manage his risks, returns and cash flows. The Company pays a fixed amount per annum to the owners and manages risks of vacancy, delinquency and maintenance. The second is classical management where the company manages the property for a fee and the third is simply leasing on commission basis. |

The company is probably the only property management firm with a full fledged facilities management team headed by a civil engineer that helps in quick attention to any maintenance complaints from tenants while at the same time minimizing maintenance expenses to the owners |
